Since I just been doing whatever without a routine i figure i'll come up with one until i get something better. Two days a week lets say sunday and thursday i'll do sprints on the treadmill or road whatever available. As fast as it goes 10mph for 2 1/2 mins then rest for 4 1/2 mins. I will do this three times. I will increase the incline after this gets too easy. The other days i will do burpees or something with weights.

Been doing mostly burpees. Do some jump rope and started doing three sets of 10 pullups on the deck. Its hard on the hands (compared to a bar) so i probably won't be doing those too many at a time. Today completed 10 descending sets in 8 mins. I'm going to keep lowering this time to push myself. I have tried 20 decending sets and haven't been able to complete in one session because of shoulder pain in the middle of the exercise. Hopefully I can work up to that amount.

so i haven't stayed up to date with updating this. I gained some belly fat and in the hips so I'm starting up again. The past few days (thats 3 days) have been doing burpees http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burpee. I've been doing sets of 10 descending by 1 trying not to stop in between for rest longer than 30 seconds.

Added cardio to workout last week using a jump rope. Taking a day off today from calf soreness. Been doing approx 20 mins twice a day if i'm not sore. Jump rope is really hard on calves around the knees and back/abs. I will be going slower trying to work on form. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I'll do wide armed pushups, situps, and pullups alternating for 3-5 sets going slower working on form.

switching diet to lower fat food and more fruits and vegtables. I'm still going to eat a lot of meat I'm just going to eat less of it. Cutting down out sugars and junk foods. I'll check back in a month and see how i feel.
